Online Account Set-up:
To set up your Hose Clamp Man online account, you may start by creating a user name and a unique password by clicking on “Log In” in the main header of the site.
Account setup is also part of the shopping cart checkout process; after you have placed your parts into your cart, you will then proceed to checkout. At this point you will be asked to create your account, a user name and a password as well. Your information is saved within our online database. As a returning customer you simply log in and start shopping, check out will be simple. Note: Because we are a California based wholesale distributor, all California based customers must provide a California Resale Certificate prior to placing your orders online. Hose Clamp Man sells all products to California customers for resale only. For this reason, we cannot charge sales tax in California. If you are a California customer, you must produce a California State Resale Certificate at the time of your purchase. (See California Resale Certificate Policy.)
California Resale Certificate:
All California based customers must submit their California Resale Certificate prior to purchasing Hose Clamp Man Products in one of two ways: 1) Prior to check out, first time buyers are prompted to setup their company account, California based customers MUST provide a resale number at this time. 2) Otherwise, you may fill out a California Resale Certificate form and email or fax it back to Hose Clamp Man. All items are shipped promptly, except where noted “Custom Order” or “Exchange Only” We will contact you upon receipt of your online order and automatically back order the item if it is not in stock, but is expected within a short period of time. If you do not wish any items back ordered, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform the contact us at the time of placing the order, otherwise back orders will be charged and shipped at the time of arrival.
All back orders will incur freight charges at the time of shipping. If the item remains on back order longer than 30 days, the customer will be notified when the item arrives and they will have the option to reorder the item at that time. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of back orders. The shipping charges remain the responsibility of the customer for any duplicated back orders or orders refused because they are no longer needed. If a back order is no longer needed, be sure to contact us to cancel it to avoid any unnecessary shipping charges.
Shortages or Problems With Your Order:
If your order is shorted any items, we ask that you contact Hose Clamp Man immediately. Please keep the original shipping box and any packing materials in order for UPS to confirm your claim.

All returns must be approved prior to returning. The invoice number must be provided with a return. Returns are subject up to a 20% restocking fee. All sales are final after 15 days of receipt of your order.
You may purchase merchandise from our website by using several credit card payment options. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express or payments via your PayPal account as well. Hose Clamp Man reserves the right to change its payment policy and procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
We respect our customers and their privacy. We do not sell, rent or share customer information to anyone. Both the dynamic version and the traditional HTML version of our catalog use a cookie only to identify contents of your shopping cart before placing an order. We do participate in conversion tracking programs offered by Google, Yahoo and other search engines which use a cookie placed by the search engine to track the number of search users that place orders. The statistics produced by these programs help us decide if the cost of advertising on search engines is worthwhile. These programs apply only if you found us using a search engine and agreed to accept their cookie.
We store customer names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers in our database. We need this information so we can find your order if you ask us about it, so we can tell you when your order ships, and so you can use the “Remember Me” feature instead of typing your address on every order.
We use your phone number only to contact you about a problem filling or delivering of your orders placed. We may use your email (or regular mail) address to let you know about special promotions, newsletters or other events. Every email sent is accompanied by the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list. If we send you mail you find annoying, just contact us and we’ll take you off our list.
